Albertus and Millar

ER. A man and a woman in a club juggling act which also introduces cornet solos by the woman. The comedy of this act does not amount to much. The man is a very good club juggler and the woman is, I think, the best female cornet player in the business. She plays with less effort than any woman I have ever heard and makes a splendid impression. 15 min. open full stage, close in one.

W.C Fields

20 min., full stage. Comedy juggler. Has some new tricks, the principal of which is a pool table on which he executes some impossible feats with balls, manipulated by strings, of course. He made a big laughing hit, and is one of the features of the show.

The Mowatts

“The Last Word in Lightning Juggling.” 7 minutes, full stage. They started with three, commencing Tuesday four of them worked. Their act was a bit ragged the fore part of the week. At the end of the wee, however, they were doing all of the stuff used in the five act. In my opinion the act does not suffer much by the loss of the fifth member.

Howard Brothers

2 men. Open F.S. palace. Close in 1. Time 19. They appear with 20 banjos decorating the stage. They begin with novelty trick playing while juggling their instruments finally working up to six banjos in action. They close with legitimate playing—very fine. Generous applause throughout.

Eldora and Norine

20 min., open full stage, close in 1. Capital juggler, who does a great variety of work but is absolutely lacking in style. The woman assistant does nothing except pass him his various articles.

Darmody and Coreno

Two men in a club juggling and hoop-rolling specialty, one of them made up straight and the other as a farmer. This is the regulation club juggling act. They handle clubs about as well as any of them, and their hoop-rolling will pass muster. Can safely be classed as a good act. 14 minutes; full stage.

Michael Fitzgerald and His 8 Juggling Girls

This I can’t say is a bad act, and while some of the girls do some pretty good work, the act seems to lack something. They failed to score very strongly this afternoon, so I moved them up to this position for the night performance. Some allowance must be made for the fact that this is their first American appearance, having just arrived from Europe. I might say the act is hardly worth the money, and yet, I don’t see how nine people are going to get around for much less. 10 Min. F.S.

Cowboy Williams

11 min. F.S. This is a mighty good act. Williams is handsome chap, looking more like poet Le Gallione than he does a cowboy. He works very rapidly, and whether juggling with cannon balls, muskets, wagon wheels to whatever else, he does it all faultlessly and gets a good hand for each one of his tricks. This man should be encouraged with further booking, as at the price he is a “find.”

Bedini & Arthur

They were an emphatic hit all the way through and made a most excellent impression. The laughs were hearty and sincere, and the legitimate juggling provoked genuine applause. This act also gave us a little time in 1. 17 minutes, wood in 4, close in 1.

Juggling Normans

8 minutes Full Stage. Best club juggling act we have yet played.
