Alpha Trio

Hoop-rollers. 16 min. F.S. 3 shows. On at 6:42. This act is much improved since its last appearance here. It is now one of the best-dressed and most skillful hoop acts in the business. Two men and a woman, one of the men works comedy. They use a dark back drop which heightens the effect of the brilliantly painted hoops. Some of their stunts are absolutely new. Would make a very good opener for any house.

The Rinaldos

Hoop-rollers:- 15 min. F.S. 3 shows. On at 7:00.  Man and woman making good appearance in a hoop rolling act that is quite expert and well dressed.  An acceptable opener if so placed.  The work with hoops on the strings was particularly good, although not new.  Received a good closing hand.

The La Belles

13 min. F.S. Hoop Rollers and Jugglers.  Man and woman.  This is a very ordinary act.  The man works eccentric and is assisted by a pretty young girl, dressed becomingly.  The man does the regulation stunts with the hoops, balls and cigar boxes.  Introduces some mild comedy.  Dragged at first, but worked up to a fair finish.

Muller Chunn and Muller

Three men in hoop rolling act.  Another good act.  Graceful and pretty.  The men are young and good looking.  This act got much more applause than Everhardt did here, and could stand a much better place.  A Picturesque act that will go any where.  10 minutes, full stage.

Francis Wood

Hoop roller. Rather skillful work with hoops of different sizes and some knockabout furniture. The comedy work consisting of falling off tables and over chairs, is not very mirthful, but many of the acts showed sufficient skill to win small hands. At the close, a cloud of hoops fall upon the stage. Good act for this section. 12 mins. Gar, in 3.

Alpha Trio

Hoop Manipulators. 12 min. F.S. 3 shows. One man and woman working straight and one man working eccentric Rube. A very well-dressed act to start with, and the work is expert and finished, to give it additional value. Each one of their stunts, many of which were new and decidedly novel, got a good hand. There were no blunders and the act was altogether well trained and satisfactory. As a three-a-day feature is wholly commendable.

Nessen & Nessen

3 men. Club jugglers and hoop rollers. Two working straight. The other as a rube kid. They do a very neat club juggling and hoop rolling act. The rube kid gets quite a number of laughs and is a fairly good dancer. All right for an early place. 13 min, full stage, can close in one, 3 shows.

The Alpha Trio

3 shows, 12 min, full stage. Two man, one working straight and the other eccentric makeup, and a woman, in hoop rolling feats. The men do practically all the work, the woman being a mere filler-in. Excellent act of this sort for the 3-a-day division. Can be booked for a return for this house.

Alpha Trio

Full stage, ten minutes. Two men and a woman, comedy hoop jugglers. One man impersonates the rube. Their work is good, introducing a number of new tricks, with some pretty fair comedy. Received some applause throughout and closed very strong.

Griff Brothers

Ring artists. Highly valuable for the three-show section. All of their iron-jaw work was strongly applauded. Fully capable of going down further in the bill. 15 min. full stage
