Frances Pritchard & Co.

20 min in full stage spec. Very good dancing act especially the two boys, closed the show to a nice hand.

Alma Neilson Co. in “Bohemia”

(16 mins.) This is a new act, a very pretty dancing novelty employing six persons, two of them men. One girl is particularly good in a variety of dancers. The act could have held an earlier spot with credit, but did exceptionally well in the closing position. It is an act that will improve. Was very well received.

Ivan Bankoff

(17 mins.) One of the big applause hits of the bill which he deserved to be. It is all class and one of the prettiest dancing acts we have had.

The American Dancers

13 minutes in one. Same lively dancing act that has been played here before. Went as big as ever.

Madam Chung in “The Dragons of Wrath”

40 minutes f.s. This new act of Loie Fuller’s put on for the first time to-day drew capacity houses and went very well for the first performances. The act is made up of novelties in the way of light effects, dances, Chinese music, and other features, most of which are made on the program which I am enclosing. The act, of course, needs tightening up, although this evening it went much better than it did this afternoon. There is ample opportunity for introducing new novelties. It certainly gave things a start here to-day and an advance sale for the weak. It would appear that all we need is the weather. Madam Chung is a little Chinese woman and although she does not have much to do in this play with the exception of a death scene, appears to be a remarkably clever actress, and has a winning personality. She got a reception on both appearances.

5 Columbians

“The Ballet of the Roses.” This is Caro Miller, wife and three daughters in a novel dancing act, beautifully costumed and well staged and will prove a likeable feature on any bill. The little girl in the act was a big hit with her impersonations. Special set in 3. Time 23 min. can do long close in.

Six American Dancers

13 min. in one. Every time these clever artists return, they seem to make a bigger hit. Their new costumes of yellow and gold with the plumed hats are very effective against the velvet drop. Each one of their dancing numbers received applause and their ensemble work went immense. The most unique dancing act in vaudeville.

Gertrude Hoffmann and Her American Ballet

(48 mins.) Despite the fact that the act opened brand new here it went over in great shape and was a sensational hit. It is the most attractive, in color and dressing, that Miss Hoffmann has produced in years, if ever. She is supported by a company of dancers whose work as a whole surpasses anything of the kind we have ever had. Too much credit cannot be given to Miss Hoffman for this production, which has created more talk than any act of hers in the past ten years. Even in its raw state it promises to be a hit of great magnitude on any bill. The music is fine and the costuming and effects are beautiful.

Rolls & Royce

9 min in 1.   Boy and girl in a clever dancing act. Went well. Claude & Fanny Usher

Toney & Norman

22 min in 1   This well known act did very well next to closing, especially the eccentric dancing of the man.
