Loughlin’s Comedy Dogs

Loughlin dog’s do a comedy routine. The big finish involves a miniature roulette wheel which has never been used in a dog act before.

Stane’s Circus

This horse-riding act was twelve minutes long on the full stage. The act is identical to that of Cliff Berzac, complete with trained ponies, an unrideable mule, and a revolving table.

Vallecita’s Leopards

The act was ten minutes long on the full stage. Mlle. Dolores Vallecita performs with four trained Indian leopards. She groups two on top of a piano and two by her side. She plays the piano. When she cracks her whip and calls them by name, the leopards play the bells on cue.

Burns and Kohl

The act was fourteen minutes long on the full stage. The act consists of a trainer dressed in an old-fashioned suit and a “Dutchman” comedian. A pony circles the stage to pick out numbers and coloured kerchiefs. Dogs jump on the pony’s back from a platform as it circles the stage.

Pamashaki’s Pets

The act was eighteen minutes long on the full stage. Two men have a routine in which cockatoos, pigeons, and other birds perform tricks.
