16 minutes, full stage. The horses were snowbound for sixty hours and in consequence their performances have not been good. The act, however, improved toward the end of the week.
7 min, F.S. Dog act featuring the “Drunken Dog” Nothing new in novelty and only a fair opener.
10 min. F.S. This act is always a big scream here, and this time as big, if not bigger than ever. Shouts of the crowd fairly shook the building. A great act for everybody.
Dogs, monkeys and bears in a very entertaining routine of tricks, all of which went well. The act closed strong. 15 minutes, palace in 4.
Went fair. Well trained posing and talking dog. Tricks well carried out. On a different line from other dog acts. Act placed here last season and is identically the same as then given. Full stage. Time 16 minutes.
F.S. Miniature town act. The work of the dogs is modled [sic] after Gilette and it is a poor imitation. “Tom”, an intelligent pony is the chief attraction. The whole act is rather slow.
Miss Francisco gave a satisfactory performance with her pony, donkey and dogs and it was just the sort of act to open the bill with this holiday week. Full stage.
On at 3:00, 21 minutes full stage. This is a very good animal act with six beautiful ponies, a couple of dogs and a trick mule. They got stalled in the storm last night and this morning, and did not get in until late, but for that gave a very good performance and should do very much better to-night when in shape.
16 Minutes full stage. A very good animal act.
Dogs and Cats. Not a great act, but somewhat unusual. Very acceptable at the price. 10 Min. F.S.
