For a small and cheap priced act it would be difficult to improve upon this thing so far as the dog is concerned. The man is all right, but did not talk loud enough this afternoon to make himself thoroughly understood. This will be remedied tonight. The dog has been very finely trained and the act made an exceptionally favorable impression this afternoon. 17 min. in 1.
This is a very clever dog act, as it always has been. On account of the two show system, I was not able to give it a good place this afternoon so that it was to a certain extent wasted, but it will have a much better place tonight. 15 minutes, full stage.
10 minutes full stage. Russian peasants with trained dogs. This is a very good opening act, picturesque, the dogs doing some clever tricks and the acrobatic work is very good and gets a good hand.
This act consists of a number of trained dogs and cats, and the act is a fairly good offering of its kind. None of the tricks are really out of the ordinary and the most novel part of the act is the paraphernalia which is used in its presentation. It was given attention didn’t make a very strong act to close with. Got by nicely, however, and that is about all. Garden in 5, 8 minutes.
Special in three, 9 minutes. Well known cockatoo act. Gave a good performance this afternoon.
