Schreck & Percival

Man an [sic] a woman in an acrobatic comedy. The woman makes a pleasing appearance and goes through some fairly good acrobatic and gymnastic dancing. The man works in eccentric make-up and is a fair acrobat. While their routine is good, they don’t seem to have the ginger or succeed in getting laughs. They finish with the “Melrose Fall” using four tables, which sends them off to good applause, but not as good as the “original Melrose Fall.” However, they manage to open the show fairly well. Thirteen minutes, full stage.

3 Mori Brothers

12 minutes f.s. Cur Garden. Japanese wire artists and barrel jugglers. One of the best acts of the kind we have ever played. The comedy element is exceptionally strong, and the audiences to-day fairly screamed at the fast-juggling and barrel stunts of the Japs. Closed very big.

Great Jungmann Family

10 minutes f.s. Cut garden. A great troupe of six wire walkers doing an excellent routine of tricks, many of them of an unusual character. Quite a lot of good comedy is introduced by a man dressed as a property man, and the act could easily got in the middle of a bill. Made a fine closing feature to one of the most pleasing and satisfactory shows of the season.

Herbert Trio

“Comedy Gymnasts” A short act but a good one. 8 min in 3.

Three Weber Girls

(8 mins.) A very good opener. Do a lot of showy acrobatic tricks and inject enough comedy to make it very useful for this position.

Jolly Johnnie Jones

(8 mins.) Opens slowly in one and then picked up, both comedy and speed, with some clever work on the wire in full stage. Closed to a good hand.

Martinetti & Sylvester

(7. mins.) These boys recently resumed their partnership and are doing their old rough acrobatic comedy turn. Did very well in the second position.

Wheeler Bros.

Three Men in a fast acrobatic act, interspersed with a little comedy. A good act. 6 minutes, F.S.

Margot & Francois Partner

A woman acrobat doing some very clever tricks on stilts, assisted by an acrobatic clown who adds materially to the value of the act. A very good number. 7 min. in one.

Vittorio & Georgetto

Time 9. 2 men. Open F.S. close in 2 with special back drop. Knockabout tumblers and comedians. Novel.
