The long drawn out dialogue takes all interest out of the singing. If they would confine there work to straight solo and Quartette singing the act would be greatly improved in my opinion.

Comedy, Singing & Talking. This act dont amount to much, comedy poor and singing no better. Special drop in 2 that is the feature. 13 min.

“Comedy singing & Talking” Most of the comedy is of the suggestive kind that seemed to please the audience here. 11 min in 1.
Nolan & Nolan
“Juggler” Man & Woman, Woman is excess. A very good comedy juggling act, was the hit of the show this afternoon, ought to get over in any house. 12 min in 1.
The Rose Revue
One Man & Two Girls. Rather a pleasing dancing & Singing number, did not get any great amount of applause but I am satisfied from the attention of audience it pleased. Opened in One closed in special set 3 12 min.
Herbert Ashley & Co.
Two Men & One Woman. Ashley of the old team of Mathews & Asley heads the company. The comedy is on the suggestive order, and it seems they play it up to pull the act over, as the singing is not of big time quality. Suited to an audience such as they have at the Scenic. Special scenery in 3 20 Min Act opened in went to closed in 1.
Boudini & Bernard
Accordionists. They do a very good act, did not go over as strong as I expected, but it went good. 10 min in 1.
Jess & Dell
Animated Dolls & animal imitators. A pleasing small time act that went fair for an opening number. Special scenery in 3. 8 min

A splendid French character singing & talking act. Miss Janet a finished little artist, and the act went splendid. 20 min spec scenery in 3.
