6 people, man four women and a boy, comedy sketch The Italian Music Master. Singing dancing and piano playing, comedy work is fair singing good, boy was a hit, 20 minutes interior, went very good.
Hathaway, Kelly & Mack
2 women and a man, singing, dancing, well dressed. Several changes, man is a good singer and the ladies do several different dances. 15 minutes in one, not a great act but plenty of ginger and they went very good.
Mr & Mrs Harry Thorne & Co
Comedy Sketch, AN UPTOWN FLAT, two men and 2 women, it’s the old afterpiece “Mr & Mrs Barnaby Biggs”, well played and plenty of action, went big. 20 minutes, interior.
The Ed. De Corsua and Co.
Work is full stage. Special scenery. Western sketch entitled “Red Ike” 15 minutes. As one number was ill the act was not seen as it’s best. Act closed after matinee owing to this illness being too serious to allow them to work. Went fair.
Les Gougets
Musical act. Centre door fancy. Well staged. French man and woman. Playing the largest instruments in the world, invented by Mr. Gouget, 15 minutes. Went good.
Max’s Circus
10 people, dogs, ponies, mule, interior of circus tent special set, burlesque elephant, fairly good comedy, finish with the revolving table, worked up good, riding mule was also worked up good. 15 minutes full stage, WENT BIG.
La Petit Revue
easle [sic], man singer sits in front of frame and with songs describes a series of 3 pictures, doll figures with human heads, singing popular and classical selections, little comedy introduced, 18 minutes, went very good.
Russell and Hartman
Man and woman, comedy sketch Cowboy and Lady, interior set, man disguises himself as Cowboy and makes a lot of noise with two revolvers, woman nicely dressed, 22 minutes, got a good hand at finish.
Wilson and Wilson
Man and woman, singing, talking and imitations on the violin which went good, comedy fairly good, woman dressed well, man eccentric, went off with a big hand. 18 minutes in one.
