Four people and a dummy baby. Mr. Macart as the village iceman has funny makeup. Dressing like an infant won a storm of laughter.
There is a suspcion of a farcical plot which runs to intricate complications by there is enough clowninh that the plot is prevented from becoming disagreeably noticeable. Louis Peter as the sheiriff ries very hard to be funny but does not succeed.
