Comic dialogue.
Two men. Burntcork. Heard off-stage arguing. Shamble on after style of the old Conroy and Lemaire combination. One chap affects gait and dress of illiterate darkey. The men handle their talk exchange well in southern dialect. Some of their confabbing is surefire; other parts not. At the 23rd Street the last half the duo got over nicely. A quiet act, but one that can be built up.
