The program reads "assisted by Ella Warner and Maure Madison in The Call Boy." This alone gives a good idea what the act is about. Will is the boy and does not talk to any great extent. The best part of the act is the dream song in which the ex-stableboy, now callboy, once more back in the stable, is given a mount. Warner fills in some time with a "rag" on the piano; she is assisted by the orchestra. The trio also perform two numbers together. They finish with a cabby song.
The dream song is well written and delivered. Archie is a likeable and clever fellow. The girls do fairly well in their parts, but play them too true to life.
