W.E. Whittle, the ventriloquist, has chopped down the time of his act, introduced an additional walking figure of a girl, changed her crying baby finish, and it all conduces to a faster working number. His girl assistant and now enunciates distinctly and looks well, and the act, with the very life-like impersonation of President Roosevelt by the ventriloquist, made a solid hit.
