Musical comedy.
"Very Good Eddy," a rather pretentious miniature musical comedy, held them seated for 35 minutes. This act has been boiled down considerable but it still runs too long. The juvenile works in a bored manner most noticeable, and the vocalizing is meaningless through careless enunciating. This tendency is noticeable throughout frequent speeches being slurred over as If the principals were suffering from ennui. The act entertained the Harlemites, who acted like a slumming party during some of the naughty looking entanglements.
