"The Fascinating Flirts" was the big act of the bill in numbers at least. Some new costuming is the best thing that can be said about it. The songs are fairly up to date with 'The Girl I Take to Rector's," a former Winter Garden number being about the best. A leading woman would be a great asset. The two men appear too frequently.
