The painters have something a little different than the usual run of rapid fire sketch artists. They work together on a large white sheet of paper, set in a gold frame. They use colors and as the pictures are completed, they are thrown into a relief by a light from the back.
The act is too slow and draggy for vaudeville. There is no break for 15 minutes. With the house in the dark and the orchestra playing the whole time, it naturally dies away.
