Each of her numbers has its own characteristic costume, entirely different from each other.
She sings four songs; the first,"Mine Julia," is "Dutch" with some comic talk interspersed; the second song is called "Eyes, Eyes, Eyes," allowing her to go the rhapsodical eye-rolling; the third "Gee, But Ain't it Tough to be so Poor," is a pathetic talking number that is entirely wasted in so early a spot; her last number, a sure fire finish, was an Italian song called "Antoine."
During the first song, some noisy people were being seated, thus ruining all chance of understanding the song.
Much time and ingenuity must have been expended to create this new act. She would contribute more to the show if given a later spot on the bill.
