Ruth Budd works like a Trojan, first as a songstress, then with a dainty dance, winding up with a ring and perpendicular rope routine, which is full of "pep." When first appearing as a songstress Miss Budd should wear a gown with sleeves to conceal the abnormal muscular development of her arms and make the acrobatic part of the act all the more surprising.
