The catch line of the act is “Is it?” often used by Deely, and first presented by Tom Ryan of Ryan and Richfield. Some tangled talk about a shoemaker's “last” is employed, as well as “imaginary” persons and things.
Both men have individuality and a style of their own, playing with freedom and ease. It is an amusing act, and could stand more singing. What little vocalism was offered received much appreciation as did the talk.
