He had twenty-nine men on stage and was able to control all of them at once.
He made twenty-nine men imagine there was a hot stove on stage, then he took a whip, declaring it was a hot poker, and touch each man with it, making them all jump around as if they had been seriously burned.
As well, he took an ordinary pail, declared it full of bees, and turned it over, causing the men on stage to react as if they were being stung and attacked.
Lastly, he was able to convince the men that a broom was a rifle, `shooting` several of the participants, who then fell as if killed.
They enjoyed the show so much that they kept him on stage for an hour and ten minutes.
Many of the tricks were sidesplitting in its ludicrousness.
