The scene is in the Philippine Islands. Both men are Lieutenants of the U.S.A.
The patriotic duet, is followed by another diet and then the tenor sings " silver Threads Among the Gold, " in which he strains his voice several times, but the old favourite was accorded an encore. The baritone has his inning and does nicely, the tenor in on the final chorus with which they close.

The flag waving at the end gives a hurrah ending.
They have exceptionally fine singing voices, and open with the tenor delivering a solo off-stage. This is so well done that the men come on amid applause. On early in the bill they did fairly.
