Miss La Rue has the boy
pianist, Alfred Neuman. as her accompanist,
and he was sure-fire at this house.
Next to closing, Miss La Rue held the
stage for 30 minutes, singing four numbers
in addition to the six programed. She was
prepared for that many, as the cards for all
were on the rack.
