deals with a bride left at the altar who decides she will marry the first man she sees who happens to be a messanger from a millinery, played by Willard Hutchinson who calls to deliever a new bonnet. Scene where Miss Dupont crawls on the floor an clings to the messengers legs.
The first performace was vulgar and the house manager had much of it cut which left it a "hodgepodge of horse play." Miss Dupont missed many lines and frequently asked for cues.
"Left at the Post"
This act does not suit Miss Dupont. The best part was the local woman who played the part of the servant girl.
