At several points, the dummy moves its head and speaks even though Montgomery is across the stage from it.
Rather than the typical setup of a ventriloquist sitting alone with the dummy on their lap, Montgomery has set up a full dining room set to perform.
The dummy turning to wink at the audience got quite a good laugh.
He seems to have a lack of confidence in his acting, although this is compensated for with excellent comedy and a novel performance from both Montgomery, and his assistant.
