A popular number, "A Little Birch Canoe," was splendidly received by the house.
The first part was closed by Miss Sylva, who was a bigger hit than imagined, and the audience showed unusual appreciation. Miss Sylva was in splendid voice and her singing proved one of the real treats of the show. For each number she enunciates clearly and intelligently.
