In ‘Her Uncle’s Niece.’ Three people and a property man. Character of a woman with a temper, a professor etc. with a mixup of identities. Rather a clever situation adapted from a sketch written by Mr. Lewis. The act is clean, and bright, and there were several situations that brought laughter and applause. There was a good strong hand at the close, after a furniture breaking scene. 20 mins. Fancy in 3. French window, & Balustrade.
