Nothing can be said too good of Miss Millward and Francis Carlyle’s little dramatic offering here this afternoon, “A Queen’s Messenger”, in which she portrays a Russian spy. She is clever, and Mr. Carlisle’s very capable. The act is the most artistic of any we have ever had.
