Percy O’Malley Jennings is an English comedian with a new partner (Edna Dorman) who acts as his “feeder”. Jennings plays a slow-thinking Londoner who takes a long time to understand jokes. He also sings two songs. Dorman does a topical song for a solo. They sing “We Are Going Back to the City and Dear Old Broadway” and finish with some dancing.

Both of Jennings' songs were hits and Dorman has a pleasing singing voice. The duo works well together. Jennings is the only English entertainer of his kind whose material works in America.
