Howard and Barrison

Miss Barrison wears “kid” clothes, but plays a pretty little soubrette role in decidedly neat and attractive fashion.
Howard opens alone wit the introduction of a “dope fiend” specialty under a green spotlight, and otherwise modelled after that of Mathews and Ashley. The talk here is a bit rough, but the song lets him off goes tremendously with the audience.
The pair have a quantity of delightful talk of a trifling sort, and incidentally business which, under their skillful handling, is consistently amusing. Miss Barrison's part does not call for the peculiar style of dressing she affects, and it could be improved upon a great deal. An excellent song supplied a first-rate finish, and half a dozen curtain calls were their reward.
