Singing and imitations.
The girl has appearance, enunciation and can put over a popular song. She did extremely well also (for a girl) in an imitation of Al Jolson singing "All For the Ladies." The blot was an attempted impersonation of Jane Cowl in "Within the Law." Miss St. Rook is not an actress. She may consider herself an elocutionist and that is all the impersonation amounted to. But as a single and singer she is entitled to consideration for the big time.
