Houdini was the headliner and closed the show. He opened the act with a handcuff escape. He then performed a “can” trick in which he locked a can in a box and released himself from said box simultaneously.
Although he did not introduce anything new or sensational in this act, Houdini held down his position as one of vaudeville's biggest headliners.
