Garden's instrument is a combination of an xylophone and bamboo chimes. His repertoire includes all light musical, two arrangements of popular melodies, with a patriotic number in between, and a Sousa march to close.
His second medley closes with "All Alone" which he performs with marked speed. For that except merely, He should have had the spotlight thrown upon him so that the entire house could see the swift movements of his hands. He does the movements for his march, but they are much better suited to the former number. The Sousa march, although an encore, could be dropped. Garden has a nice personality and is a sure fire hit for the big small or small big time.
