The number held the audience in its seats to the end, but a house that has watched a vaudeville bill, however entertaining, until eleven o'clock is scarcely in a mood to appreciate the finer points of the pantomimist's quiet art.
The value of Fred Walton's delightful pantomimic sketch is considerably reduced through its position at the closing end of the show.
