Differing from their normal act, the pair divulged in a great deal of dialogue before going into their actual performance.
They seemed terribly distracted, since Charlie Chaplin had just been announced to have been in the theater. Everyone was too busy craning their necks to get a good look at the star.
The slow dialogue was a poor opening for a headliner act.
