This act entitled “Twenty Minutes in the Clubhouse” was fifteen minutes long. The quartet of players consists of Bill Gleason of Galveston, George Crable (recently signed to Cleveland), Tom Dillon of Macon, and Frank Browning (signed by the Philadelphia Nationals). The boys sing and talk in their baseball uniforms. Crable tells a story about playing against Wagner in Galveston. The finish involves one of the men who pretends to make a long hit, jumps through the orchestra pit and back up onstage to be tagged out.
The audience enjoyed the singing and dialogue between the players.
