In ‘The Same Old Thing.’ 13 F.S. This is a novelty in the sketch line wherein a playlet is started on the stage and is interrupted at a critical and most dramatic point by the appearance of the author in the audience who interrupts them by telling them how they should not play the scenes. It brings a big comedy point right in the midst of supposed dramatic scene and causes a big laugh which is kept right up to the finish. In an excellent comedy number and scored strong.
