Comic dialogue.
"The Tale of a Shirt."
Erwin and Jane Connelly have a new sketch, called "The Tale of a Shirt." It is an odd little playlet for two characters, blending comedy lines with sentimental talk and business and also has a touch of war flavor. It is very slow, however, drawn out with little action to relieve It and a rather unsatisfactory finish, though the story is drawn to a picture which is evidently aimed to be different The Connellys usually play flood sketches. This is not a poor one and it was very well liked, but will not make the impression these artists have been used to.
