Eddie Markey was previously half of Markey and Moran.
Markey adopts Scottish garb and patterns, working in the style of Harry Lauder. He uses many of Lauder's standby songs. He gets the best results from "Stop Your Ticklin', Jock."
Although Markey was suffering from a cold, which marred his vocal efforts somewhat, he puts over his stories in pretty effective shape. A few are old, but still do well on the "pop" circuits.
