Dixon & Holmes

Location:
Date:
GRR 3. Dixon is of the old team of Dixon & Lang, who used to play ten, twelve, and fifteen years ago, and I booked them in fear and trembling, for fear that the act might be old fashioned as I have never had an opportunity to see it. They both have excellent voices and make two or three changes of character. During their act they do the lighthouse scene from “Shore Acres,” and I think go better than any other performers who have attempted it. It made a strong hit this afternoon. The act is thoroughly all right everywhere. 17 min. in one.
