Clifford and Burke

There is a special drop which depicts a warship at anchor.
Prior to the appearance of the comedians the house is suffused with some ultra heavy nautical music by the orchestra.
This new act was shown for the first time Saturday evening.
Burke is still "Lucicius" and Clifford is "Dunsimuir," but the former is not a naval officer while his companion is a menial sailor. They indulge in some war talk and bring forth a goodly share of laughs. Clifford then performs "Take It Away." They close with some dancing of high calibre.
The act merited a volume of solid applause at its conclusion.
While Clifford scores handsomely with the familiar number, it would be best to replace it with something up-to-date.
