Miss D'Arnelle sings an "audience" song at the opening and a popular number at the close, both "straight" in comparison with her burlesques. These songs do not help her.
Her imitation of Eva Tanguay alone should convince the French girl that nothing but burlesque imitations should be given and too much talking avoided. Her Tanguay is better than the original. With two or three others added Miss D'Arnelle would be liked in any house, for she is different.
