Not only did Carmen's Minstrels make a flash, but dished up the very best sort of amusement. Miss Carmen, interlocutor, makes a stunning appearance, and handles the centre with rare skill. The gags got over, the dancing by Weiss and Quigley was applauded, and the combined vocal harmony by the four blackfaced chaps was good for several encores.
