This melodramatic sketch held the audience in rapt attention all the way through, and justified the flattering criticisms from New York and elsewhere. Miss Walsh is well supported and the act played off perfectly. The finish was very strong. Her reception this afternoon augurs well for the balance of the week, particularly with our evening audience.
