Miss Blanche has a new telephone number, which she handles well.
It is the straight songs that she announces as imitations that bring her the most applause.
One day Miss Blanche will hopefully admit to herself that it is her voice, not her imitations, that has carried her in vaudeville. Perhaps she will reach this conclusion and forego the imitations. The melody of the song "Wives," has been taken from George Lashwood's "The Sea, Sea, Sea." Miss Blanche might remove that "Ah" from her voice as regular singers never carry it in their repertoire.
