Mr. Carter in tramp make-up is funny most of the time, and Miss Taylor seconds his efforts in lively fashion.
There is a whole lot of rough fun in the offering, and Miss Taylor, in a neat pink frock, helps a good deal with her pretty presence, sprightly manner and an agreeable voice, which was heard to advantage in several numbers.
