The act also include talk.
Hall's talk is mainly about his appearance.
The dancing was always sure of applause.
With the crowd coming in on him Hall scored a substantial hit.
Formerly a principal in burlesque where he held down an eccentric character, Hall has put together a fairly good routine of talk for vaudeville, although some could be profitably traded or dropped.
Hall's stock in trade in his dancing, largely responsible for the hit he scored in second position.
Hall would make a corking partner for a good 'straight' man, and with a "feeder" his talk would probably be of some value.
Working alone he will have to depend almost entirely on his dancing, which is of the best.
