Lew Adams performs a quiet "Dutchman" routine, which he plays a tad too quietly. Scheffer is the comedian, performing a Hebrew act. He is dressed cleaning and does not exaggerate in any way. His trick of the voice is worked to the proper degree bringing a good laugh.
The duo came as near to being the hit of the bill as any other - however, that is not saying much because the house, despite being packed, was cold.
The act, as it stands, is good if Adams and Scheffer do not wish to progress to the bigger houses. If they do have their sights set higher, the boys will need to change their act considerably. They should aim for better things as there are not many dialect teams that have shown such promise.
