In a comedy skit, “A Stormy Finish”. This man is an excellent pianist and the woman a pleasing singer. The work of both was received with unqualified favor and the roughhouse finish of the act was a riot of laughter and applause. The act is away from the beaten path and pleased thoroughly. 21 minutes, C.D.F.
This acrobatic dancer fared quite well. Held the attention all the way through, secured quite a lot of applause and finished very well. Perfectly satisfactory. 14 minutes, olio in 1.
One man, two women in a skit, “Love A La Mode”. There were quite a number of laughs through the act and it went fairly well. The finish was only moderately strong. Not a bad act and really not an especially good one. Just about “so so”. Got by and was just acceptable. C.D.F., 22 min.
This act made a very good opener and went big all the way through. Proved an excellent laugh getter and finished strong. 14 minutes, garden in 3.
A good act but not nearly as swift as the Mowatts. They went well however and closed the show in a satisfactory manner. 8 minutes. Garden in five.
Tramp comedian and juggler. He went very well and got quite a number of laughs but it was at no time easy for him and finished only fairly well. 21 minutes in one. Olio.
A most delightful offering by artists of the first water. Easily the hit of the bill and about as dainty and meritorious as one could wish. Special act in four.
“Town Hall Minstrels.” They use a special drop representing minstrel first part. The individual and ensemble work was all well received and they held the attention of the house without any trouble. 26 minutes special in one.
This young fellow sang coon and Dago songs and sang them to the evident satisfaction of the entire house. Opens in full dress with a coon song. Changes to character Dago and got along very well. Finished strong.
Four acrobatic dancers who got along fairly well and who answered the purpose for an opener. Palace in 5, 7 minutes.
