R.A.G. Trio

Three young men, presenting songs, piano and banjo work. A little quiet at first, but rapidly improved into a corking good finish. Thoroughly O.K. Olio in one, 14 minutes.

Haviland & Thornton

Man and woman presenting a comedy trifle, “A Question of Policy”. Entertaining throughout, keen appreciation, genuine laughs and good finish. Garden in five. 22 minutes.

Edna Luby

Mimetic Comedienne, introducing a series of impersonation. The young lady had a hard time and it was a battle all the way through. She had to force herself from song to song and it looked bad for her from the beginning. Finally picked up a trifle and just got by. Olio in one, 21 minutes.

Swan & Bambard

Well-known eccentric comedians who scored throughout and finished strong. Landscape in four, 12 minutes.

Handers & Milliss

Eccentric dancers and pianists. Made an excellent impression. Introduced single and duo dancing numbers, alternating with piano, each playing for the other. Very well received with strong finish. Palace in one. 7 minutes.

Sayton Trio

Two men and one woman in a novelty contortion and equilibristic offering. Used special scene, which, with the lightning effect, was very effective. The work of the two men held closest attention, being, in fact, of an unusually meritorious order. It made a good closer, scoring a strong finish. Special in four, 10 minutes.

Big City Four

Male Quartet, introducing straight and comedy selections. A decided hit, with a very strong finish. Street in one, 19 minutes.

Maclyn Arbuckle & Co.

In “The Reform Candidate”. Two men and one woman in a crackerjack political playlet which affords Mr. Arbuckle an excellent opportunity for making good. The act went big from beginning to end, finishing very strong. Arbuckle’s personal success was most emphatic. Library in three, 19 minutes.

Leo Carrillo

Has a lot of new material with just a little of the old. Caught on in great shape, and gave us the best act he has ever done in this house. Finished strong. Olio in one, 19 minutes.

Five Melody Maids & Jimmy O’Brien

Four girls play pianos, sing an instrument each, the remaining woman and man introducing singing number. The act was favorably received, and seemed to strike the house as something different. Got along all right, and finished strong. Drawing room in three, 18 minutes.
