Two men in a singing and talking act, one white and the other black. Both good singers and the offering has a routine of good comedy talk. There were a number of strong laughs and in spots the act went exceedingly well. At other times it dropped down. Got by in fairly good shape and finished moderately strong. They no doubt were handicapped owing to the Kemps preceding them. 14 minutes, street in 1.

Colored man and woman, singing, dancing and comedy. All of the work went very well. Gained a lot of laughs and scored a moderately strong finish. 20 minutes, street in 1 and special drop in 1.
Well known Jap act made a good opener. Applause scattered throughout and good finish. 10 minutes, palace in 4.
The work of Burke and Miss Holler scored moderately well and the girls got by in good shape. The act looks very good from the front and everybody in it worked hard. Not a riot, but very pleasing and apparently well liked. A moderately strong finish. Special set in 5, 16 min.
A crackerjack hoop rolling act in which all the work in presented very rapidly and with unusually good showmanship. Applause throughout and strong finish. 12 minutes, special in 4.
“Nifty Nonsense”—a potpourri of singing and comedy that scored very well at some points and moderately well at others. All in all the act was thoroughly satisfactory and seemed to meet with approval throughout. Not a big hit, but O.K. 20 minutes, C.D.F., close in 1.
Comedy magician, who performs a number of tricks very cleverly and who has a running fire of comedy comment that brought forth a lot of laughs. Proved a thorough entertainer and held the interest without trouble. 23 minutes, olio in 1.
Comedy sketch, “Bill Blithers, Bachelor.” This act was a big laugh all the way through. The individual work of Hodge if excellent. The supporting company was entirely satisfactory. Get hearty laughs all the way through and a strong finish. Light Center Door Fancy in 3, 22 min.
A very capable pair of singers who scored individually and together. Their songs were all well received, giving them a strong finish and several bows. 13 minutes, olio in 1.
